I know, they have horns and feathers and a snout, some things are different, but they really could be another Bwugetrace, somehow! (if you want to see them feel free to have a ittle look i my gallery and perhaps you'll know what I mean). Ahem. By the way, this is a very well done picture. I wish I could draw as good as you! Katherine J. Grantham replies: "Hi, Uta! You're right, she does resemble your forest Bwuget. Great minds imagining alike and all that rot... I especially like the hatchling, but then I'm a sucker for hatchlings. *grin*" | |

| 24 May 2004 | Jerry Edwards | Loading...Hi Kathy! Jerry, formerly of WAPA, here!
I haven't searched elfwood recently. This art is one I definitely haven't seen before.
I enjoy the complexity of the creature - I could easily see "her" having an identify crisis...who or what am I? I especially enjoyed the way the muscles merge into the wings from the shoulders...as I interpret what I'm seeing. I also like how the "mist" (from the clouds?) partially obscures the far wing.
Not much time to chat this time! I'll get back on a regular schedule of checking out your art and other artists at elfwood.
Take care...Jerry | |
